You can simply go through our collection by clicking on ‘Shop Mens’ and ‘ Shop Womens’. Once you have arrived in our shop you can further specify your search by clicking on the type of product, color or size.
When you have made your choice, pick your size and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. When your size is not mentioned in the dropdown menu this means that the selected product is not available in your size anymore.
You will automatically be redirected to your shopping cart. Here you can adjust quantities or delete items by clicking on the ‘X’. Finalize your order by clicking on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.
You can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'My Cart' button in the upper right corner.
- How do I know which size I need?

Unfortunately we do not have size charts yet. However, our customer service is there to give you personal advice.
- What payments methods does Golfjunkie accept?

We accept Visa (including Visa Electro), MasterCard and American Express. Please visit our customer service page to see which local payment methods are available in your country.
- Do you ship to my counrty and how much will this cost?
- We ship all over the world. Go to our customer service page for detailed shipping information.
- How long will it take before I receive my order?

We try to process your order within 24 hours (working days). We are obliged to deliver your order within 30 days. However, our objective is to deliver within one week for countries inside Europe, and two weeks for countries that are outside Europe.
Please contact our customer service for express deliveries or special requests.
- Is it possible to return or replace items?

Yes, after delivery you can return or replace your order within 14 days. For more information about our return policy please visit our customer service page.
- I have lost my password, what should I do?

Go to my account and click on the link 'Forgot Your Password?'Enter your email address and clcik on 'Submit', you will receive a new password by e-mail.
- Is it possible to cancel or change my order after I have paid?
- It is not possible to cancel your order after the payment has been done. Changes to your order can be made by us as long your order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us by phone if you would like to adjust your order. (0031) (0)20 640 4321 (Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00)
- Is it possible to trace my order?
- At this moment it is not possible to trace your order. If you wish to receive more information about the delivery of your parcel you can contact our customer service.
- Do I have to create an account to place an order?
- When entering the checkout page you will be asked to fill in your contact details. Your data will automatically be saved, and an account will be created. This in order to adjust your order or check the status of your shipment.
- Could I receive a Golfjunkie brochure?
Unfortunately it is not possible to receive a printed Golfjunkie brochure. Our latest brochure can be downloaded and viewed online at our Collection page.
